Custom Orders from Your Plates
How it Works
All custom tiered stands are prepaid, per stand, at the time of purchase. This secures your place in my production schedule and allows me to begin the design process for your piece.
After your purchase, I will reach out within 48 hours via email to discuss all the details — including plate combinations, sizing, overall style, and finishing touches. Please be sure to include your best email and phone number at checkout so I can connect with you easily.

Shipping and Process
Once your design details are finalized, I will provide you with my studio mailing address so you can safely send your plates to me.
As soon as your china arrives, I’ll notify you and share an estimated completion date. From the time your plates are received, my current turnaround time is approximately 1 week, depending on order volume and design complexity.
Because each custom stand is created specifically for you using your personal china, custom orders are final and non-refundable once production begins.
